Supervision process and impact
Supervision is a professional development process . Every month, 6-10 professionals in a similar field (or members of the same team) come together and discuss work-related topics that are currently relevant to them.
A supervisor is a specially trained person who creates a psychologically safe environment, structures the session, and supports participants:
reflect on your experience
find deeper insights into your topic/problem/thoughts/doubts/emotions
share your experience
generate ideas
get motivation and emotional support
look for solutions
The supervision process allows participants to understand their own behavior and its impact on their current professional problems. The topics for each session come from the participants. The topics are exclusively work-related and can range from work challenges to emotional well-being.
Supervision is not training, therapy or (background) lecture.
To achieve the goal of each session, the supervisor can use various methods, such as association cards, drawing, movement, storytelling, discussion, sharing experiences, emotion cards, etc.
Team or group supervision
Team supervision: members of one company team together with a manager.
Group supervision: members of the same level of different teams of the company without mutual subordination, for example, managers of different departments
Frequency of meetings: 1x per month.
Goal : to strengthen cooperation, motivation and use internal resources to solve current challenges. Reduce burnout and increase feelings of support. These sessions can later be converted into internal interviews, without the involvement of a supervisor

Individual supervision
Individual supervision is one-time or regular (once a month) meetings with the supervisor, in which the professional challenges of the supervisee are addressed. Questions and topics are brought to the session by the supervisee and they can be very different: starting with fatigue, work/life balance, continuing with daily communication, decision-making or cooperation challenges, up to topics - in which direction to continue your professional development.
